LithoPore® - Curing System

LithoPore® - Curing System
award
  • Chamber-based or tunnel-based
  • For a high quality of end product
  • For stationary use
Even though Lithopore® Aerated Concrete - LPAC can be theoretically air cured it is recommend to go for steam curing. Specifically in dry climate zones shrinkage become a severe quality issue. Steam curing is not even accelerating the strength development, it is tremendously increasing the end product quality as most of the hydration process of the binder is ongoing under saturated atmosphere.
The LithoPore® Curing System is engineered for customer's demand. There are basically two types of systems: Chamber-based system, that require mould handling as well as tunnel-based system, that require only more space where as the mould can remain on rails.
