LithoPore® - Cutting Machine SM20

  • Fully automated cutting process
  • Manual mould handling
  • Low investment
  • For stationary use
  • For a professional start

LithoPore® Cutting Machine SM20 is specifically engineered for block making. It contains only one cutting tower, that is performing the following steps:

The machine works fully automated. LithoPore® Aerated Concrete – LPAC is poured into LithoPore® Moulds and is hardening within around 5-12 hours depending on temperature, humidity as well as mix design of the product itself. The Mould sides will be removed and the large block remains on LithoPore® Basement. It will be manually pushed into the LithoPore® Cutting Machine SM20. The machine starts doing the top and bottom cut as well as the vertical cuts in one direction. After that the mould basement with cut block pieces has to be pulled out, turned by 90°C and again pushed back into the machine. The remaining cuts will be done by the machine again fully automated. As the machine is equipped with one single wire only, the capacity is limited. The machine can be upgraded later on to SM100 or SM150 type. Most of its components can be used for this upgrade.
